Factory inspection of cargo semi trailer
In order to meet the needs of customers, TENDA trailers are strictly inspected and conscientious to ensure that each trailer is delivered to the customer in its entirety. Trailers must pass inspection before leaving the factory. A product certificate is attached when leaving the factory. Safe driving is the top priority. To prevent problems before they occur, trailers will undergo routine inspections on the following items before leaving the factory:
1. Tire pressure
Visually check whether there is a lack of air or debris adhering to the steel rim, and whether there are deformations or cracks in the steel rims. Generally, tires are adjusted to the recommended level by the manufacturer. When the tire pressure is too high, the middle part of the tread will wear out. It will intensify, not only shortening the service life of the tire, but also affecting the tire's grip performance, which is not conducive to driving safety. Too low tire pressure will cause tire blowout and accelerated tire wear.
2. Check the tightness of all nuts, screws and bolts of the suspension
Please don't find this detail troublesome. You should check each screw one by one to see if it is tight. In one sentence, "There is nothing trivial about tires." I hope you will remember it.
3. Suspension system
Look at the tightness of all nuts, bolts, and U-bolts, which are all related to whether the tire is eaten.
4. Check and ensure that the outriggers are working properly
When inspecting the legs, shake them up and down a few times, and check whether there are any cracks in the welding joints.
5. Check the wear of moving parts
Check the box board and locking rod and touch the box board hinges, box hooks, stakes, container locks and other small parts to see if there are any cracks or breaks.
6. Check the adhesion of all lamps and reflective signs
Check whether the electrical circuit is working properly, get in the car and turn on the lights to see if there are any broken lights, and check whether there are any shortages of reflective signs.
